Here's another episode of Respect the Game from Outdoor Channel. Paul takes another great bull with Big Horn Outfitters. This is becoming a habit!

Here's a timelapse video of Daniel and TJ of Reconyx prepping a bull to be packed out. You'll notice he doesn't gut it. He removes the quarters, the back straps, and even gets the tenderloins out without opening up the chest cavity. This is quicker and cleaner than gutting the bull and still gets all of the best cuts of meat. 

Here's a couple of stud mule deer bucks we filmed back in the day before quality video cameras or cell phones with cameras! Which one would you shoot?
